Tosas
in rescue
This is a Tosa that
we assisted in placing. I feel honored to be a part of this placement. I want
others to see the true essence of the Tosa.
Michelle, here is a couple of photos of my Tosa "Sukoshi"
who you helped me find last year. Sukoshi has become a very loyal member of our
family and last week, helped save our lives. We had a intruder last Saturday at
3:45 am...Sukoshi woke me up and was very agitated, I grabbed my handgun and
followed him downstairs just as a man was kicking in the backdoor of our house.
Sukoshi grabbed him as soon as he had the chance and tossed him from side to
side as he tried to get off our property. As he got toward the street Sukoshi
released him and returned to the house. The police were here
within a couple of minutes and asked what kind of dog I had that took this guy
on. I brought Sukoshi down with leash and they admired him quite a bit and never
saw such a beautiful dog.
I got Sukoshi a year ago and he has gotten up to 150 pounds and
is around 4 years old. He has come a long way in
his domestic training and socialization with other people. I have never trained
him to attack or to fight...but it is refreshing to know that my Tosa will do
what it takes to protect his family and home. Attached are a couple of photos of
Sukoshi or Scooby...Thank you again for putting us
together. Best wishes...Troy
